I started my coaching career as an Agile Coach in 2011 at Jimdo. Not long after, I realized I could have a more profound impact with systemic coaching training.

Agile Coach Training
Since 2016 I have been an instructor in the Agile Coach Program at BJA in Hamburg.
Agile Coaches support teams, organizations, and individuals to develop more effective working methods based on the Agile Manifesto.
The training teaches participants how to effectively accompany transitions in teams, organizations, and individuals, establishing a balanced and conscious attitude of empathy, distance to resolutions, and dissociation from the system.
